You should be damn careful with your words as it can destroy anybody in this word. A humble request and caution be protective with your words and make everyone only happy with it. Yes I know that we all loose our temper at times and become aggressive with our words and start hurting others. And if it is a weak person he would not take it in a positive way but drastically go wrong and he might start quitting.
